Hello,

I’m Kailey Jones, a multimedia artist studying Art Education with minors in Special Education and Art History. I’m passionate about using art and education to support students facing adversity and believe every student deserves equal access to learning and self-expression. I plan to graduate from VCU in the Fall of 2027 and become a middle school art teacher at a Title I school. Long-term, I hope to earn a Master’s in Education Administration and eventually a doctorate while continuing to grow alongside my students.

Skills and Experience

I work across traditional and digital mediums, with strengths in painting, printmaking, and drawing, focused on realism and surrealism. I’ve led mural projects and collaborative art teams, and I’m skilled in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Photoshop, which I use to create engaging visual content. I’m adaptable, creative, and detail-oriented, whether I’m managing large projects or refining smaller pieces.
